On August 7, 2016, as I slept in my bed that night, God gave me three great visions. In the first vision, I saw Jesus stretched out upon the cross. There were great pain and sorrows in His eyes as He hung there and I could see blood oozing from His wounds. He looked straight at me and our eyes met as I gazed back at Him.
I felt drawn to Him for a closer look so I got up from where I was seated, took a few steps forward and then, with the camera on my iPhone, took a picture of Him as He hung there upon the cross. I felt the need to capture the look of Him upon the cross and to carry it with me forever. As this vision of Jesus upon the cross faded away, I felt an extremely warm heat blowing onto the palm of my right hand. I woke up with this very intense warmth in my right palm.
As I drifted off to sleep again that night, I had a second vision. In this vision, Jesus revealed to me that His return is imminent and impressed upon me my duty to share this knowledge with others in order that they might prepare themselves for His coming. I do not know the day or the hour of His return but felt a great sense of urgency about it. I got the feeling that we are very quickly running out of time.
In the third vision that night, I saw myself street evangelizing. I stopped several times along the road to share the good news of the gospel with everyone I met and extended an invitation to them to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Everyone with whom I spoke along the road readily allowed me to pray with them. In one case, I spoke to a group of four and all of them readily agreed to have me pray with them.
I then walked into a large white building in which there were about five individuals. I shared my testimony of Jesus with them and then invited them to pray with me. We started praying together and the next thing I knew, the entire building was filled with a very large crowd of people. They were all standing, many of them were speaking in unknown languages and all, including me, were magnifying the name of Jesus. My ten-year-old daughter, Ashley, was also there. I don’t know how or when she got there because she was not with me initially. When I noticed her standing there beside me, I asked her to capture everything with the video on her iPhone because I didn’t want to forget that moment.
I believe, based on this last vision, that a great spiritual revival is on the way and that I will live to see it. This vision placed me right in the middle of it all. I do not know when exactly this will come to pass but I am expecting that it will be soon and that it will break out right here in the Northeast region of the United States of America and will possibly quickly spread to other areas.
While I wait with great expectancy for this revival to come to our region, I am praying that God will help me to become more like the person I was in this vision – bold, fearless, and purposeful – as I witnessed for Jesus. In this vision, I did not hesitate as I approached the individuals I witnessed to. I had a mission and I pursued it with a single-minded devotion. I did not look to the right or to the left. I knew where I was going and with great confidence walked intentionally in that direction. With very little effort on my part, I effectively led many to salvation in Jesus.
It is very obvious to me that I was being led by the Holy Spirit. There is no other way to explain such quiet confidence or the huge crowd of people magnifying God towards the end of the vision.
Something wonderful and amazing happened to me that night, the very moment I made eye contact with Jesus as He hung there upon the cross. I was drawn like a magnet to Him and fell in love with Him all over again! My heart opened up, touched His heart and was instantaneously transformed by His amazingly wonderful and compassionate love. The power of His cross held me spell-bound as I gazed at Him fully mesmerized.
His body was somewhat veiled but I could still see the redness of His blood as it oozed from His wounds. He was in so much pain and agony! I will never forget the look in His eyes as we made eye contact. I saw a heart filled with deep love and compassion mingled with pain and agony! I felt His agonizing pain, His love, His grief, and His sorrows as He hung there, despised and forsaken.
Despite the shame of the cross and the great agony of the scourging He endured earlier that same day at the hands of the Roman soldiers, His love for the whole world propelled Him to take those fateful and agonizing steps to death upon a cross. He knew the cost yet willingly travelled the road up the hill to Golgotha, cursed, despised, forsaken, and condemned to die. The merciless Roman soldiers placed upon His shoulders which were already bruised and torn from His earlier flogging, the cursed cross upon which they later nailed Him and pierced His side. He died in our place to set us free from the harsh penalty of sin.
In this vision, Jesus pleaded with me through the look in His eyes to go tell someone, everyone, of His great love for all mankind, and of His sacrifice upon the cross at Mount Calvary. Jesus is anxious for you to know what He did for you…
