About the Author

Marilyn Frances Prouty writes from experience as a seventy year old mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She currently lives in Sacramento, California, with three rescued cats. She is a retired equine-veternarian bookkeeper. When not busy with family, she is volunteering, hand quilting, or playing tennis.
