About the Book
Hope is not too far!
In this meaningful collection of poetry, from dramatic monologue to a sonnet, you will feel your spirit being lifted up as Cheris Munoz shares her poetry. Cheris serves as a messenger to invite you to see the goodness of the love of Christ, strong belief of who He is, and what He has done in and for her. As life offers many challenges and trials, these poems too offer a vast array of topics that touch any area humanity would face. You too will be drawn to taste and see that the Lord is good!
About the Author
Cheris Marie Munoz was born in Bronx, New York, and lived most of her life in Orlando, Florida. She married her high school sweetheart, Miguel Munoz in 1999. Due to his military career, they travel to many places along with their three children, Miguel, Isaia, and Mariah. Her desire for writing poetry began when she was in grade school. Cheris has written eulogies for funerals and poetry at different church events. Cheris also writes her own songs and enjoys singing them when opportunities arise. Her inspiration for this book is to pour out hope, love, and encouragement to the broken-hearted, and her prayer is to hear of lives touched and spirits lifted up as the Lord uses her poetry as a tool to minister to every reader.
