Accepting God's Love, Whether You Are Married or Single

Whether we are compassionate or evil people here on earth, we all as God’s creation have that good potential within us to be changed by God to live peaceful and better lives. Most of us probably already know that God created us as human beings (Genesis 1:27), but the question I’d like to know is: do we know that everything God created is good? 1 Timothy 4:4 says, “Since everything God created is good, we should not reject any of it but receive it with thanks.” This particular scripture informs us that we all possess good potential inside of us, whether we are thieves, murderers, homosexuals, alcoholics, drug addicts, or even prostitutes. No matter how evil or wicked we’re currently living, the good potential is always there, regardless of the good or bad that we may have chosen in life as individuals. Now that we know that God created all of us as good people, we should consider this as good news, and seek the good potential within each of us. For instance, one may say that, well, if that’s true, then why was one of my family members born deformed, or born with a mental disorder? The way that we are birthed into this world is not by chance, but for a reason and purpose. We all should know that. It’s not important for us to focus on the way that we may have been birthed into this world, but what’s important is that we connect ourselves back with our creator, which is God, who is able to do exceedingly beyond what we desire. And when I say that we are born the way we are for a reason and purpose, I mean that some of us may have been born with a mental or physical disorder, whether it was due to hereditary causes, drinking abusively, or simply the way God had intended or destined for us to be. As an example, even if a woman does drink abusively while being pregnant and that child comes out with a disorder, this particular disorder may not have been intended by God. But the good news is there is still a reason and purpose for the disorder! Because none of us are insignificant in the sight of God, no matter how we value ourselves!!! Remember, how our awesome God gave Himself for all of us (His people), demonstrating His magnificent love (Romans 5:8).

Our choice to accept God can be the turning point in our lives. This choice can allow God to express the best that is within us. God is the ultimate answer to everything that we may need in life. Along with his love, he lives in every human heart, regardless of ethnicity, age, life situation, or marital status. He patiently awaits us to receive him throughout any and every point in our lives. He is immeasurable. He is infinite. He is wisdom. He is the peace that we find, and he is also the good potential that we all possess. He existed before all else and holds all creation together with his love, from which we can never be separated. He is who we should all accept to be spiritually healthy. He is the light that makes all things visible, and only by His Presence are we capable of expressing true love. God is truly the one and only spirit that we all need to breathe, and he is real whether or not we believe and accept him!
