I am Rut and this is my story. . . On May 5th 1969 I was born Rut* Dored Rodriguez on the island of Puerto Rico. (After moving to Indiana I changed my name to Ruth.) My mother and father Dorcus and Eduardo Rodriguez raised me along with my sister Debra and brother Wardie. Mommy stayed at home and Daddy went off to work through the week. We all attended church on Sunday and through the week when there were activities. We were raised like so many other Christian children in the church today. I remember singing at a very early age. Without any formal lessons I had been blessed with the ability to sing. When I got older I was called by the Holy Spirit to use His gift of singing. I sang with a small group of my friends at church. Often we had the opportunity to sing and give our testimonies at other churches. This was a wonderful experience which I treasured all of my life. I hope this small book will inspire you to seek God’s plan for your life. I know that in my journey Jesus shielded me with His love and kindness. He comforted me in the beginning and walked with me till the end. I am now resting in His arms.

About the Author
Over the years, Stephen Fritz has written and composed hundreds of musical compositions and productions for both personal enjoyment and commercial use; this has been his first venture into writing a book. He has been a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) since 1977.
