Love U with All My Heart!

01/29/11 My favorite chapter I Corinthians 13! Look at verses 4-5 Love is….patient, kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not selfish, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs, it does not delight in evil, it rejoices with truth, it always protects, it always hopes, it always preservers…..love never fails! (keep reading all the verses) This chapter has always given me much comfort. I use to read it when I was mad at dad, and yes, I was usually crying (used to I only cried when I was mad-then u girls came along, hormones later and its seems at times I can’t cut the tears off….my eyes just cry!) Anyway, I read it as a teenager and usually slow and before I was half way through I was ok, calmed by His words thinking more that’s the way my dad needs to be and there was hope. But as I have gotten older and still turn to this chapter when I’m crying, I have realized it’s for me too! Girls, go to this book often! Learn from it! See the hope it gives u, live to become loving, smile, move on, and enjoy ALL the moments! Love u with all my heart! 02/06/10 Morning!!!! Psalm 127:3 Behold children are a gift of the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. The greatest gift I can give u is to love u as the Lord has loved me!!!! I have been given the responsibility to give u my time…..I want to be there just as God does to be in the wings watching to pick u up and offer advice…..gotta go…dad ready for church and he is heading to the car….back in a few on this thought. Love u with all my heart! Alex: Hey I like the verse☺ and Carly just left. 04/30/11 Morning! Another day of no “electric” power. But we are one of the lucky ones to have a generator, food, gas, our faith and each other. Pray for those that lost everything that they will be blessed with strength and knowledge found in Proverbs 28:26. A faithful man will be richly blessed and in Isaiah 40: 29 & 31 He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak…..those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength! We need to also be faithful to our Lord. We have been inconvenienced a little by this mass devastation from these physical storms. I pray that we will study everyday and fill our souls with God’s word so that we r ready for the storms of life and that we will be refreshed with His knowledge, love and protection! I love u with all my heart! p.s. Alex let this storm be a “real” wake up call. Amanda u had urs last week with Thomas, u guys were protected…..thank goodness ya’ll didn’t lose anything dear to u……don’t be a victim of staying in the half-way living without Him! Can’t say how much u guys r loved ☺ more than u know and then some! Praise the Lord u both are children of God and know His word and He is glorified through u! 05/07/11 Morning!!!!! 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. Isn’t that kind of cool? To know that ur sword of truth is in Gods word and your shield of faith prepares u for every moment. Take hold of that truth. U decide how much u want to learn and honor Him by staying in His word. Give Him ur all. He does for u! Love u with all my heart! O5/16/11 Nice day out…..morning glory!
