THE GOD WHO LOVES
Read: Psalm 36
O, continue thy steadfast love to those who know thee,
And thy salvation to the upright of heart! Psalm 36:10 RSV

When I think of the many facets of God’s love, the most precious gift is His love for mankind, namely that He sent His only son, Jesus Christ to live on this earth, minister, die, and be resurrected. This unprecedented love means that one day we
Will be with Him in heavenly places, along with our loved ones that have gone on
Before us.

This is the ultimate love that God has for us as human beings. Knowing this, I
Seek God’s love so that it transcends other areas in my life, through devotionals
And personal interactions with people. In reading Psalm 36, we begin to under-stand God’s unconditional love that helps us in our burdens and pains. It also
Helps us understand such important aspects of worship as praising, pleading,
Wondering, contemplating, complaining, and rejoicing! The Psalter in this Psalm
To us, wants us to be authentic and know that we may come to him in all our pain and all our joy.

Prayer Focus
:Think of those who need to put their trust and love under the shadow of His wings.

Prayer:
Father God, extend your loving-kindness to those who need it and to those who are seeking it.
