Dear readers and seekers,
This inspired journal of my thoughts, prayers, and aspirations was written when personal challenges in my life allowed me to step back from the chaos and place my questions and thoughts in the form of prose and poetry.
Others are placed in this journal for you to use for special occasions in your life.
Both as a child and as an adult, especially at this time in my life, I have always questioned my world and have searched with a passion for the never-ending quest for answers to my life happenings. I am now able to write my thoughts and experiences and thus to share a part of myself with you as you unravel your present life's mysteries and challenges. I dedicate this work to the God spark of energy that glows in every cell of our body, mind, and spirit. Hopefully it will be manifested in these printed bearings of my mind and soul.
May we look deep inside ourselves and remember and bless the unique experiences that enable us to walk our path in this earth life. May we move on with love and forgiveness.

About the Book
This inspired journal of my thoughts, prayers, and aspirations was written when personal challenges in my life, as well as everyday living experiences, allowed me to step back from the chaos and place my questions and thoughts in the form of prose and poetry. When I had a question that needed an answer, I tried to solve and answer with the startling inspiration manifested in my mind, and as a result, it became the written word.
Both as a child and as an adult, professionally and non-professionally, I have always questioned my world and searched with a passion, on never-ending quest for answers to my life experiences. May we look deeply within ourselves and remember and bless the unique experiences that enable us to walk our path in this life.
About the Author
Maria F. Ciccone-Daly is a Board Certified, and Fellowship trained Physician, specializing in Women’s Health. She is a grandmother and the mother of two adult children. She is a published author in the area of women’s health care and is currently authoring a selection of medical poems. She practices and believes in body, mind, and spirit integrative medicine. She has lectured to lay and medical audiences on topics pertaining to the health and welfare of women’s causes and of women’s health. She was inspired to print these selected affirmations after family and friends were the recipients of pertinent selections suited to their conditions and special happenings.
