Jesus Appeared

“On an evening ten days before my scheduled flight, I went downstairs from my bedroom to the kitchen in an effort to seek advice from my mother just one more time. She was sitting at the kitchen table reading a book with her back toward me, unaware I had entered the room feeling lost and desperate. With tears falling down my cheeks, I looked at the kitchen clock; it was 10:13pm. That moment I heard a supernatural voice for the first time. I looked up as it sounded like it came from above me. It was the most deep, calm, and loving voice that I had ever heard---like that of a man, but sort of heavenly. Though I was in Sweden, I heard his words spoken to me in English—catching me off guard, “She cannot help you, as you have already tried.”
