In this book we show that the universe and the life within it came about through creation by a master designer. We illustrate scientifically how the universe and life is intimately bound up with God. We make the case that the account of creation in the Bible book of Genesis, over six literal days about 6000 years ago, can be believed. Our aim is to give Christians and others confidence to believe in the creation story because it is a foundational part of the word of God. We give evidence to show that the earth has been subjected to many cataclysms including Noah's flood. We also show that God works through covenants, which reveals why we are here on earth, why events are unfolding as they are and what will happen in the future with the rapture, the tribulation and the return of Jesus. The covenant nature of God also gives insights into the historical relationships with patriarchs like Adam, Abraham and Moses and also shows the future roles and destiny of the church and other covenant groups like the Jews and the 144,000. We show that God put a plan in place to redeem mankind after the original sin of Adam and that Satan's strategy has always been to disrupt this plan. In the end God succeeds but at a terrible cost. The roles of the heavenly beings such as the trinity, angels and Satan are explained especially in the context of the plan of redemption through Jesus. We show that redemption and salvation are available to anyone through the work of Jesus Christ, but it is up to individuals to choose whether to accept or reject them.

About the Author
Michael Fitch has a PhD in physics and for many years has studied how the universe works. He believes there is perfect synergy between science and creation, and has given many talks on creation and design to a variety of audiences. He is a deacon at Ipswich International Church, England.
Geoff Hawley has made a life-long study of God’s covenants and has considerable insight into the subject. He has taught on covenants and creation over many years in various settings. He is an elder at Ipswich International Church, England.
