God's Word tells us in Mark 11:23 ….whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Jesus promised "it will be done" (Matthew 21:21), it "shall come to pass" (Mark 11:23), it will "obey you" (Luke 17:6), and "it will move" (Matthew 17:20). Jesus was telling us that it is the believer's responsibility to speak to their mountain. Why do so many people believe the "whosoever clause" of John 3:16, but not the "whosoever clause" of Mark 11:23?

About the Book
Jesus said, “Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed” (Mark 11:23). He was preparing us for the times when we would have to take direct authority in the spiritual realm to impact things in the natural realm. The two main factors to remember are His authority and the spoken word. By this passage, we already have access through His words as long as we appropriate His name when we speak to our mountain. As a metaphor, a mountain can be anything from financial issues to health issues, rebellious children, or any seemingly insurmountable thing that blocks our path. Speak God’s Word to your mountain and watch its removal.

John Robertson spent spent over ten years in the ministry, as a deliverance minister at first and then as the Pastor of Calvary Full Gospel Church in Teague, Texas. John presently lives in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He is married to Joann, and they have four sons. He grew up in Louisiana and Texas, was raised Southern Baptist, and graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a BS degree in education in 1976.
