About the Book

This book was written and illustrated to plunge a child into the world of make-believe. Each illustration is designed to stimulate the child’s imagination as he or she examines the fun features of each creature. The methods of travel are creative but resemble existing modes.

About the Author

David Muus Martinson grew up when Walt Disney introduced the exciting world of make-believe. In high school, he created and drew cartoon characters on almost everything when it was acceptable. As a teacher, he introduced his students to the fun of cartooning and exaggeration.
