My Personal Medical Journal is created for women; women who visits the doctor’s office, but can’t remember simple questions asked by the physician. Like when was your last menstrual cycle, your last mammogram. When was your last tetanus shot? Just simple questions, we cannot answer because we cannot remember the exact date, month, name, or location.
The ideal of My Personal Medical Journal was created after the passing of my mother. Years before her death, I purchased a composition booklet to keep all her medical information in. Utilizing the booklet at the hospital, I had so many compliments for different physicians in the hospital during her last few days, that I decided to create My Personal Medical Journal. My Personal Medical Journal is also for anyone who is taking care of any female; moms, grandmother, aunts, sisters, cousins, any female.

About the Author
Mary Ann Morrow is the daughter of Josephious Morrow Jr. and the late Annie Lo Morrow. She was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She attended Soldan High School. In 2001, she relocated to Huntsville, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management at Alabama A & M University.
