About the Author
Greetings to you, people of God. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Keyta House. I currently live in Greenville, North Carolina. I am a daughter of the only most high and incredible God, and the author of Mistaken for Love. I am also the mother of three handsome boys: Keyontae, Cha’ron, and Caleb Worsley. I have a true passion for God and all that belongs to Him, especially His amazing children—my brothers and sisters in Christ. That leads me to why I wrote this book. My research on the topic of love began far before I began writing this piece. At the age of five, I longed for the love of my absent father, and failed countless times in my young adult life to capture love in the form of a healthy relationship. I battled silently with deep depression, secret suicidal thoughts, and chronic low self esteem. Then one day the Lord had me to research His word in depth about the divine definition and meaning of “love.” Through His guidance and revelation I am able to give insight to God’s people on what God truly means by the word “love.” It is my prayer that as you begin your journey in Mistaken for Love, you will end with a fresh revelation about love. May God continue to bless you abundantly with increasing knowledge and wisdom. I love you, and God Loves you so much more!
