Young Minister and Marriage

Young Ministers and Marriage this could apply to Christian’s men and women, nevertheless we all should take stock of what we are getting into, especially ministers in leadership position (men); the big mistake in rushing into marriage without consulting God, and we get into problems, with headaches, and pain. We have to be careful, not because someone is beautiful or say that they are Christian that does not mean that you have to marry them: remember that all that glitter is not gold: maybe that person is not for you, don’t get carried away with beauty and style be wise, ministers need a strong Christian woman with great commitment to the Lord. If you should take a woman who is not committed she is going to hinder your life and ministry, because she is not ready to commit to ministry trials, she might not have the spiritual educational background and would not understand how to place trust and faith in the Lord. This will cause a big problem because when you are trying to show her how to thank God, she will be looking on the natural while you will be looking on the spiritual; as the scripture says in 1 Corinthians 2: 14; but the natural man receiveth not the things of the spirit of the Lord for they are foolishness unto him neither can he know them because they are spiritual discerned. So we see that the things of God are spiritual and could only be spiritually discerned by having the spirit of God as 1 Corinthians 2 tells us. as (1 Cor. 2:12-13) tells us it read how we have received not the spirit of the world but the spirit which is of God that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God, which things also we speak not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth but which the Holy ghost teacheth comparing spiritual things with spiritual. Therefore, seek God for your married partner as he said in (Matt, 18:19). Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask it shall be done for them of my father which is in heaven. In the eighteenth verse he said: verily I say unto you, what so ever shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. We then find that if we should trust the Lord the way we ought, he will give us the power to exercise our faith and receive our blessings. Let us remember that God has all power and could do to the uttermost. (Matt. 28:18) tells us; and Jesus came and spoke unto them saying all power is giving unto me in heaven and in earth. Since God has all power then all things are possible as Jesus said in (Matt 19:26). With man this is impossible but with God all things are possible. So trust the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart (PS 37:4) says: delight thy self also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desire of thine heart. The Lord will give us the desire of our heart if we delight our self in him and it will be the best of whatever it will be, since we are talking about marriage and needing a wife he will give us the best wife and that obtaining favour of the Lord: as Proverb 18:22 says; who fineth a wife, fineth a good thing and obtainth favor of the Lord. But this can only happen if we trust him, so that he could trust you with his daughter: the matter of the fact is to have a good wife she must be a child of God, dedicated honoring the Lord, as a God fearing woman who will follow the prefix of God concerning the wife to the husband, as Eph 5:22-24 says; wifes submit yourselves unto your own husbands, and unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the Church; and he is the savior of the body, therefore as the Church is subject unto Christ, sow let the wifes be to their own husbands in everything, also the scripture states that the wife must see that she reverent her husband. Ept 5: 33; nevertheless, let me remind you if there is not reverent within you, there will be not reverent from the wife: there are reverent in three areas; 1Reverence to God 2. Reverence to yourself and 3. Reverence to the wife. Your intended wife must love God, how would you know she loves the Lord? Simple: by you discerning or exercising the gift of the holy spirit and following the things you will be teaching and showing her. This whole affair depends on you: and if you do not pay heed to what you ought to do, or stick to your responsibility you will never get what you want or what you are looking for. As a minister and in ministry you have to be wise, you must have wisdom let your intended wife see who you are, lead the way in every aspect of your life and ministry, let her follow your leadership, let her learn ministry, let her love ministry, let her live ministry, let it stick on her as though it is her you will need the support, make sure God gave you a wife or else…
