About the Book
Dr. Lawrence E. Henry received his EdD in Counseling/Educational Psychology from Northern Arizona University, specializing in clinical and psychological assessments. He has over twenty years of experience as a clinical psychologist working as a clinical director in the Arizona State Correctional Facility. Dr. Henry is the author of In Search of Wisdom—The Pickle Jar Theory.
Mrs. Kum Y. Henry has a degree in accounting and has held the position of Business Support Manager for the Department of Health Services. In 1983, Mrs. Henry founded the Full Gospel Church of Arizona, which is a multicultural church in Glendale, Arizona.
This book explains how living by the fruit of the Spirit provides mental stability and how negative emotions destroy the physical health of the body. Dr. Henry reflects on Scripture that provides therapy for emotional illnesses. He has helped patients learn to open their hearts and minds to use biblical wisdom to solve mental and emotional problems.
