A God given dream:
A God given dream tends to make you and those around you uncomfortable. Perhaps it’s because they have some sort of idea of the challenges and boundaries that life has presented you with. A God given dream is greater than your financial resources and oftentimes supersedes ones educational, vocational, geographical, sociological or biological background. They cause our seams to burst! They stir up both internal and external storms because to accomplish them requires far more than our human abilities but additionally faith and confidence in our supernatural God.
I used to desire to be validated by loved ones and friends. That’s all changed! I once bought a dress that few found attractive. The dress turned heads and of course it induced questions and comments. Whoa!!!!! The silent stares screamed “what possessed you to buy and even so wear that dress?”
It was plaid and the style of it required lots of fabric. To me it was beautiful. My husband’s facial expression was a compelling one. It gripped my self-esteem and demanded that I place the dress to the deepest part of the closet never to be seen again! In that moment something extraordinary happened. I kept pressing the dress and with that bold action I was blessed with a spiritual revelation. What I carry is unique, uncommon and grand! It’s beyond average or ordinary. Many will not and cannot comprehend it. It has been placed in me by the All Powerful God. The Great I Am! I’ve often looked for those equal to me to validate me when they really couldn’t. My validation must come from the one who created me and impregnated me with that which I carry. He alone possesses the capacity to fully comprehend the depth, width, breadth, length and height of the holy seed that I have been called, chosen and predestined to carry. It is a great mission and assignment to make an indelible mark in time and eternity. He alone being God the creator, the sovereign one possess the power and authority to validate a gift of this magnitude.
