The manual accompanies “Feed my Sheep they are dying” informing clergy and educators to assess for transforming general and spiritual leaders to servant leader to image Christ the ultimate servant leader. The book and manual are to enhance intentionally faith-based organizations (FBOs) ministries with knowledge lamb and sheep require continuous spiritual growth with the Holy Spirit that directs for kingdom building.
Undeniably, flaws exist with some Faith-based organizational shepherds falsely proclaiming they have perfect leaders serving and perfection is only with God. Introducing the book and manual to 21st century, FBOs afford the opportunity of leaders to enhance the resumption of knowledge through teaching and training. Disciples come into the Kingdom of faith with pitfall experiences exhibiting pretentious behaviors reflecting that FBOs should have teaching available. It is difficult for disciples to release barriers of the formative years when senior shepherds are unable to release their barriers to receive cleansing and healing.
A question emerges if shepherds after submitting qualifying credentials whether they are authentically “called” or unauthentically “uncalled”. The behavior offenses that hierarchal leaders perform towards disciples require justification for their accusatory actions. Is it possible to avoid behavioral misconduct, probably, should FBOs perpetually teach and train leaders foundationally with Christian education?
The manual is a tool to transform 21st century FBO leader to servant leader introducing new constructs for organizational leaders to comprehend the difference in performance. The manual give information to teach disciples they should become servant leaders to characterize the traits and standards of Christ that a general leader could not exemplify.
Paul says God knew his people in advance, choosing leaders to become like his Son, with his Son the firstborn having many sisters and brothers and God desiring each of us to have the character of Christ (Romans 8:29 (NLT), Bible Gateway.
Faith organizational leaders are unknowledgeable that Christian Education is to teach disciples to grow and know Christ for a relationship to image Him and influence others. 21st century FBOs are not cognitive of requiring servant leaders to image Christ with his characteristics and not leaders that lack influential character. FBOs with continuous education give knowledge to shape and develop the character of lamb and sheep to grow others effectively.
It can take one immoral leader to destroy a reputable organization (profit or nonprofit) with inability to justify the deprivation. FBOs should be cautious and have teaching available to avoid losing their reputation through voices representing leadership.
21st century dawns a new beginning for leaders specifically of the FBOs exhibiting possibly more “uncalled” leaders than “called” leaders that require and should image Christ. As new author and researcher, the opportunity to inform the faith-based organization of their failure to have leadership training, internally or externally for developing Christ-like servants’ is an original.
Introduction of “Standards” is teaching characteristic behaviors of Christ to lamb and sheep to develop mind, body and soul with knowledge, love and ability to go make other disciples, serve and worship God. This could be accomplishable if shepherds were not observing numerical count of their flock obscuring judgment to make available growth that is indispensable. Obeying God introduces to FBO disciples of available external pedagogy to benefit identity in Christ and learn of their gifting that can assuage the state of confusion and prevent dispersion from a FBO.
“Feed my Sheep, they are dying” manual implicates to the faith organizations they are unaware assessing the body of believers will benefit knowledge of having a gift to become all that God desires from the followers of his Son Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit blesses disciples by edifying one another to become witnesses for kingdom building. Faith-based organizations should have a spiritual discerning Christian educator for Christian education ministry to grow the faith believers with internal learning.
Leadership appears to implicate a dichotomy that questions if leaders are “uncalled” provoking education to be internally dormant in FBOs, refuting external pedagogy for growth.
Introducing new constructs to transform organizational leadership for educators to establish sessions to teach and train is controversial. Faith-based organization senior shepherds are comfortable with micromanaging their leaders with belief individuals are performing according to the specific gifting.
The study was able to consider using two theorists informing the author to convey that organizational leadership should annually assess constituents. The annual evaluation is possible using specific instruments within the teaching of Christian education that is accessible in the last section of the publication. All sections of the publication are invaluable for perfecting leadership performance as each leader imparts behaviors with attitudes of negative or positive influence.
A message to tease the audience with (main points)
Many faith organizations leadership problem is refuting Christian education and have “uncalled” leaders. Christian education should be perpetual teaching for 21st century disciples to benefit the promises of God from shepherds that are obeying the Great Commission, Matthew 28:19-20. FBOs should have “called” shepherds overseeing disciples (lamb/sheep) to mature into servant leaders and not leaders that are presently active in the organizations, as disciples would not inveigle another disciple to follow their recommendation as God is in control of “calling” and “gifting” each disciple through teaching.
Keynote additional remark
The adamant shepherds refuting Christian education now have factual research analysis that FBOs leaders are not servant leaders representing Christ requiring leadership transformation for the 21st Century FBOs.
