I Gotta Be Me
I do not "work out". I will not "work out". Ex Jewish American Princesses do not sweat. We 'mist'. From what I understand, working out involves sweating. Lots of sweating. I also try to avoid discomfort at all costs. I'm still looking to hire someone who will exercise for me. Hey, we pay people to walk our dogs, mow our lawns and shop for our food - is this too much of a stretch? (Pun intended). It could be a new twist on the Personal Trainer. Text your work out routine to your PT and have him text you back when he's done! Ah, feel the burn!
They tell me to find something I enjoy doing and "just do it". I enjoy sitting and eating. My plan is to do 3 reps of this a day and work up to 5 or 6.
