Seasons. Jeremiah's commission resonated with my heart. A friend once encouraged me that we go through "seasons" as it says in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. I hung on to this verse from Jeremiah 1:10, as a promise that there is a time "to break down" and then "to build and to plant." And I just kept walking and waiting for the season to change to a time of building and planting. With much gratitude, I can see how God has made my footsteps firm. "The steps of a man are established by the Lord, And He delights in his way" (Ps. 37:23).

About the Book
The Lord says in Isaiah 55:1 (NIV), “Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters.”
As we come to Him and are nourished from His Word, we can strengthen our faith and find that sweet place of refuge in Him.
About the Author
Kim Trimmer attended Wheaton College and was a teacher at two Christian schools. She and her husband, David, studied at Philadelphia Biblical University at the Institute of Jewish Studies. She comes from a variety of experiences and has a love for God’s Word.
