INTRODUCTION
When a group of Christians get together, like in church, the teaching, the talks, the prayers, the topics are on Jesus the Christ as God. We praise Him for all that He has done for us on the cross; praise Him for all the glory He is; praise Him for all the wonderful things He has done; and are so deeply thankful for the death He suffered. And, yes, He deserves that praise and thanksgiving. But how often do we teach Jesus as "the son of man". Sure we teach that He was all God and all man - He is and was. So my question is; how did Jesus, as a man, live such a righteous, perfect, holy life; and how, as humans, are we to live that same righteous, holy, perfect life? In not teaching Jesus, as a human being, there is a lot lost on the saving life that God has so freely given to us; the life that causes such a joy, such victory and an over abundance of fruit.
This writing is not about “religion”. If ya want to read about, or see religion, or live religion, than all ya have to do is go to almost any church in America; go study under some Buddhist monk on a mountain top; study yoga; be a great atheist; or be in a satanic cult; and there it will be. Religion is not God. God is not religion. And from my standpoint I see us humans trying ever so hard to reach God through religion that we find it to be an ever unobtainable work that is always impossible to achieve. And if ya really want to know the truth - I hate religion. I do believe this book will cause lots of different reactions. I hope so! It is filled with controversy. Maybe even against some doctrines that have been taught for many years in churches. But, if you are willing, and you ask God to teach truth, I’m sure that this will change, not just thinking, but lifestyle. And that is my deepest prayer and desire for the children of God: … That they may know you the Only True God and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. (John 17:3) (KJV)

About the Book
This is not a religious book. It is not intended to be one. This writing is for the person who is tired of playing church, tired of always having to say how blessed he/she is and wanting to know the depth of the Christian life that always seems ever so slightly elusive. Or maybe you're exhausted by all the work you have been "doing for God." Wondering if this is all there is to the Christian life and thinking about getting out of it? About the Author
Cliff grew up in a religious home and, like many others from that environment, went totally the opposite direction. He finally came to the Lord at age 22 and has been learning to know God ever since. Although he is not a pastor he has a strong gifting in teaching with the ability to cause a person to look twice at the Bible. His deepest desire is to lift up Jesus Christ. In Cliff’s teaching style there is an ability to take what seems hard to understand and make it into a language that most anyone will relate to. He is very much against the traditions of man taught as laws of God having a desire for people to focus on a relationship with God and not trying to follow laws. Cliff lives in Southern California.
