God the Father wants to spend time with you. The creator of the heavens, the one who made the stars and flung them into the vastness of space and called to order the expanse of the universe, wants to get to know you. The Lord of all that there is, the one who designed every living thing and placed them onto this planet that we call earth, has a special place in His heart for you. After He prepared earth, our home, so that it was perfect, after He inspected every little detail and declared it good, it was then that He determined it was time for something truly special. In Genesis 1:26 it is stated; Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
This was unprecedented in the eternity of heaven! Never in all of the heavenly beings that have been created was there a creature that was made after the likeness of God. Never was there a being made that was given dominion such as man. Never was there a being that was given the breath of life, the nephesh, from God’s own nostrils. We were given a living soul. We were given the ability of God Himself for we were made in His image, after His likeness. He bestowed upon us the ability to create other beings like ourselves, ones that would have eternal presence before God Himself. No other being has this gift. We were given the freedom of making our own decisions, our own choices. We were allowed to freely love our creator, not out of strict obedience, not out of a pre-defined ordinance, but out of a pure desire to love back the one who loved us.
His desire is to walk with you, to listen to your stories, to share in your wonder as you take in each day. He did that in the beginning with Adam and Eve. He came and walked with them in the cool of the day to spend quality, one on one time, with both of them. Unfortunately, a day came when that closeness was lost. Because we have the unique ability to make up our minds to follow our own will, to make our own choices, a day came when the wrong choice was made. That decision separated all of mankind from God our Father. At that point, we, the whole of mankind, were removed from the presence of God. It has been taught that it was a punishment for disobedience. I submit to you a different reason for Him separating us away from His presence. Consider the idea that it was done for our protection. A Holy God, one of such majesty, could not risk letting us come into His presence and be destroyed by that pure holiness. We were at that point, full of sin. Sin cannot stand in the presence of God and survive. His love was so pure, so real, that He had to separate Himself from us so that we could be preserved until His plan of restoration could be fully realized and we could be redeemed.
That redemption came through His Son, His Only Son. The One that was there when all that we know around us was brought into existence. The One through which all things were created.

About the Book
Most people are taught that calamities of nature are caused by God. There are businesses that exist to replace property deemed destroyed “by an act of God.” We feel that loved ones are taken by God through some disease or tragedy before we are ready for them to go. We learn growing up that God controls everything about our lives and we are to fear Him. We are told that if we don’t straighten up and act correctly, God will punish us. But without God and His moral righteousness, how can we know what is the correct manner of conducting our lives? None of these statements made, that God is to blame, are true and there is proof that He really does love us more than we can imagine and He wants to give us every good thing that we desire.
Since the fall of Adam from grace, God the Father has been executing His plan to redeem us back to a right relationship with Him. His desire is for us to experience His pure, unending and unconditional love. The decision to take part in that love is found in our free will to make up our own minds. He honors that because He wants us to respond freely to His love. Like presenting evidence in court to defend the accused, this book determines to show His innocence of guilt.
About the Author
E C Moses grew up thinking that God had it in for him. There were many years of abuse and loneliness that convinced him that God was not good but cruel. After all, everyone refers to Him as “The Heavenly Father” so He must be like our earthly father. That reference kept him away from believing that anything good could come from God.
A time of seeking came and a genuine rebirth of spirit occurred but years of dogma still clouded the understanding of who God really was. An endeavor to study the Bible one book at a time to really find out about God was undertaken, and the truth revealed itself. It is his desire to share that discovery with you that has resulted in this book.
