About the Book

Decision-making is a fundamental aspect of our daily lives, shaping our paths through the resolutions we reach after careful consideration. From the simplest choices to the most complex dilemmas, individuals continuously navigate the terrain of decision-making throughout their lifetimes. These decisions serve as compass points, guiding us toward the fulfillment of our goals and aspirations, whether they lead to positive outcomes or negative consequences. How many individuals truly take the time to thoroughly consider the available facts before diving into the decision-making process? Engaging in wise deliberation of facts prior to making a decision is crucial for ensuring that the resulting choice will have a meaningful impact, whether on the individual themselves or the circumstances at hand. So, how does one go about making a wise decision? It involves carefully weighing the available information, considering potential consequences, and evaluating the implications for both oneself and others in the surrounding community. Ultimately, the decisions we make not only shape our own lives but also have far-reaching effects on the well-being and experiences of those around us. In the modern world, we observe a striking dichotomy between Jesus’ purpose-driven ethos and the prevalent self-centered pursuits that often consume individuals. Amidst the clamor for material possessions, societal status, and personal comfort, many seem to lose sight of life’s deeper significance. While the pursuit of such desires is not inherently erroneous, an excessive fixation on them can obscure individuals from fulfilling their higher calling.

About the Author

Over the years, Rev. Dr. Ebele Okonkwo Onuigbo has walked a path that drew her closer to God, leading her to accept Him as her Lord and Savior. Since then, she has continued to strive to share the joy and peace she found with others. Ebele is a devoted mother of two sons, one being a young adult and the other a teenager. Her love for her family and her commitment to her faith are evident in her actions and service. Her journey as a deacon and her spiritual path have been shaped by her Christian upbringing and the teachings of her late mother. In 2020, Ebele was ordained as a deacon in the Diocese of Washington, DC, where she works to bridge the gap between the church and the community. She also founded Volunteer Christian Women Speakers and is actively involved in various Christian experiences, including evangelism, Bible study, Sunday School, youth group, women’s conferences, online prayer, community outreach, Mothers’ Union (a worldwide Christian women’s organization), advocacy for persons with intellectual disabilities, and participation in the National Day of Prayer. Additionally, she is the author of the inspirational book “On Eagle’s Wings”. Through different online formats, Ebele brings daily devotions to many, sharing the undiluted word of God.
