About the Book
This inspirational Christian book tells experiences of divine dreams, visions, and the visual manifestation of Jesus Christ. It reveals the author’s deep compassion to trust in God while caring for her dying husband. This book talks about what it means to believe in Jesus Christ and what you must do to be saved as well as near-death experiences and the peace in death. It also helps the reader to understand what happens after death.
The book encourages and motivates the reader in developing a closer relationship with the Lord. Whatever you are going through, you will know you are not alone, for just as God brought others through the disorders of life, He will do the same for you.
About the Author
Duffie J. Allen-Taylor was born into a Christian home and community, where Bible study and Sunday school were taught in the home and church. This commitment launched a lifetime of Christian ethics and biblical studies, including classes at Chicago Baptist Institute, World Bible Studies, Bible Study Fellowship International, and church Bible classes. The author graduated high school at McMittress High School in Emerson, Arkansas; attended Baker College in Michigan (formerly Muskegon School of Business) and received a diploma in clerical studies. Later in life, the author received a bachelor’s degree at Chicago State University. She also received a diploma on the basics of writing from the Long Ridge Writers Group, which spurred her interest in writing, along with career responsibilities. She taught Sunday School for many years at former churches.
The author is the mother of four and grandmother of ten. She is an active member at Carver Heights Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. Other books authored by her are: Life in Fertile Soil and Surviving College after 60.
