Flights of Destiny

I was totally unaware that at this moment a change was taking shape and unknown participants were beginning their entrance onto the stage of our lives. These individuals were taking their places and the curtain was about to open as a new act was poised to begin. We were now possibly a little beyond half way between Denver and Tampa as the drama was about to unfold and change our storyline forever. Gary and I continued chatting away in our seats, when my eye caught someone toward the front of the plane. He was a tall man, maybe in his late fifties, standing in the aisle near Michael’s seat. A woman was also standing nearby, out of the aisle, in front of the vacant seat directly behind Michael. This couple’s attention was deeply fixed on Michael and I could see the man was speaking to him. My mind was trying to warn me something must be wrong, an emergency of sorts, but my heart was strangely peaceful and quiet with no trace of fear or alarm. Then an exciting thought burst through, echoing the idea I had earlier about God’s healing revival boundary reaching beyond and possibly extending to us here. “The miracle we are coming for has begun,” was my unexpected crazy thought as I jumped up out of my seat and rushed toward the front.
