The journey from a mainline denominational church to one church with four locations and seven services each weekend, and with 600 in attendance each week, has been an incredible ride. It is my plan to share some of the things we’ve done and gone through so that you don’t have to create the wheel yourself. In effect, we cut a path but you get the benefit of traveling that path that has already been cut. You may look at the things in this book and think that it is impossible. But, remember, Jesus said that all things are possible. I will also say that there is a New Testament process for launching a new thing. This journey must happen with prayer and fasting This has not been an easy road, but I have never wanted to throw in the towel or turn back. It has given me and several other members of our staff some serious family and medical issues to deal with. There is great evil lurking when good men and women strive to do what seems like the impossible.

About the Author
David Biser is the vision pastor and senior leader at Cross Point Church, a multisite congregation with four locations. He has a Christian education degree from Messiah College and a master of divinity from Palmer Seminary. He is active in preaching, leading, consulting, and coaching as well as denominational church planting. Biser and his wife, Julie, have three grown children and live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
