She has the heart of Mary, the faith of Ruth, and the courage of Esther. Miss Southard combines humor and wisdom that can ease the most restless of souls. It is apparent that Jesus is not only her best friend, but is meeting every need as she journeys through life single. God is her first love, and she knows that the story of her life is safe in His hands. Miss Southard currently lives in scenic Missouri where she helps run a family farm and animal ministry. Having the heart of a servant, she loves hearing testimonies of others and her “heart” ministry has gone nationwide. Miss Southard bases her ministry on the fact that everyone has a story, and the art of listening has opened up the hearts of many. Embracing her singleness with passion and confidence, Miss Southard has shown many that what most see as a long road that never seems to end, is actually a highway to opportunity.
