The Angels of the Lord
Encamp around You Today
Know that you are not alone as My angels encamp around you
today.
Know that you are protected from all harm and danger as My
Angels encamp around you today.
Know that you are protected from the thoughts of the enemy
That may come in your mind for my angels stand guard to
keep you from falling.
Know that you will only listen and obey My voice, and not
another, as my angels encamp today.
Know that My eyes watch continually over you to keep you safe.
Know that there is a more powerful and mighty host of angels
with you than with the enemy.
See for yourself that you are kept safe from the terrors by night
and horrific pestilence by day.
Know that with long life I will satisfy you, and you shall not
die before your time.
Today, even as you sleep, My angels stand guard with mounted
weapons, ready to fight on your behalf.
The next time that tormenting spirit returns to taunt you, just
know that My angels encamp around your dwelling place.
You have been assigned specific angels today that stand guard
at your door.
My Response to Prophetic Poem
I received this as I was doing my morning prayer. The Lord showed me that His angels are encamped around me, and the enemy could not have his way. Whatever problems you are struggling with, just remember that the enemy will not prevail. I usually remind myself that the same God who has begun a great work in me will complete it. (Philippians 1:6).
A few days before I received these words for the poem, I had a strange dream. This dream took place on a Sunday afternoon, after I returned from church. For the entire weekend, I felt sense of uneasiness in my spirit. It was as if I could sense an eerie presence of darkness, hovering about my home. However, I was too tired to even pray about it, so I took a midday nap. During this nap, I dreamed a huge man was standing with a weapon by my bedroom door. This upper part of the weapon was the size and shape of a vacuum cleaner, and gray in color. The lower part appeared as a huge, gray and black gun, its heavy nozzle resting on the floor. I did not see this extremely tall man’s face, but I somehow knew he was there to protect me, to offer instant help if I needed it. When I awoke, I had the most peaceful and serene feeling. There was no fear, just a peaceful sensation. I didn’t remember the dream until after dinner. I told it to my loved ones, and then they interpreted this to say that an angel of the Lord was standing guard at my door while I slept. I was ecstatic to know that God sent His angel to watch over me. This is the same for all who put their trust in God.

She is a high school history teacher who is married and lives with her husband in Queens, New York.
