I wrote this book to address an issue I feel affects everyone in the body of Christ as well as the entire world. Consequently, I believe it hasn’t been dealt with in the body of Christ. As a matter of fact, I’ve heard it taught and preached that saints and believers don’t get frustrated or shouldn’t get frustrated.
When you hear those in leadership say it’s not easy being a pastor, a leader, and so on, what are you hearing? Or what is that called? When you hear and read pastors, leaders, and laity walking away from a ministry or spouses walking out the door and never coming back, what is that called? We’re elated about the callings, promotions, elevations, and appointments, but somewhere down the line, during the journey, something happens that causes us to want to or have thoughts of throwing in the towel and walking away from it all. We face frustration every day.
During my time coming up in church and active in ministry, I've found that many believers act and react negatively because of frustrations. Being filled with the Holy Spirit and being anointed doesn't mean we're exempt from "FRUSTRATION." Nothing can happen in your life that is out of the will and control of God. Frustration is part of the process that will get you to where you're supposed to be if you handle it right. No process, no product! Dealing with frustration before deliverance will position you to handle the frustration after your deliverance.
Sometimes we don’t understand God’s plans. We think God is doing us an injustice when our enemies attack and attach themselves. How else will you identify your enemies and haters if they don’t display their hand? Change your perspective and outlook on the frustration
We don’t handle frustration in the same manner that those of the world tend to handle frustration.

About the Book
Many Christians believe that once they are saved and delivered, their lives will be free from frustration. But let’s face it: frustration is a part of life. Even for Christians who have been delivered, there is frustration both before and after deliverance. And if we think we are free from frustration, then we won’t have the tools, techniques, and coping skills to deal with it.
In Dealing with Frustration Before & After Your Deliverance, author Edward A. Butler, Jr. shares his own frustrating experiences before and after deliverance. We tend to want the product without going through the process, and whether we are building a personal relationship with God, learning new spiritual habits, or starting a new ministry, we must understand that frustrations are commonplace during any journey toward greatness. Yet God never gives us more than we can handle, and through prayer and giving thanks, we can combat frustration and remain on the way.
We will face frustrations every day, and it will be inevitable that we become frustrated in life—even after our deliverance. Frustration is a trick of the enemy, so if we turn to God’s guidance in the Bible, then we can learn how to trust in his will. In the end, frustration is part of the process that will get you to where you’re supposed to be—greatness and triumph with God.
