About the Book
Let’s face it. Whether we’re dealing with a cop or a doctor, men know what it means to “assume the position.” But many men are reluctant to assume their position as spiritual head of the house—or don’t really understand what it means. So what do James Bond, Die Hard, zippers, and W. C. Fields have to do with it?
Son of Man to Men answers that question and more. Having led many men’s and couple’s groups, author Nathan M. Sachritz knows that generally men are more inclined to do something they don’t have to think about, rather than sit and read and think. So he makes the complicated simple to help other men understand they don’t have to choose between being a lover or a fighter – men can love by fighting; and can fight by loving.
What is a “man’s man”? And what does it mean to be the spiritual head of the house? With this simple devotional, you can take as much or as little time as you need to learn about what it takes to have the right stuff—the character and wisdom of Christ and the Bible. The choice is yours.
About the Author
Nathan M. Sachritz was not raised in the church. So, having been led to the Lord by his soon-to-be wife, it only made sense to let her take the lead in that area of their family life—after all, she knew more than he did about this “church stuff,” didn’t she? But he knew it was ultimately his responsibility to be the spiritual head of the house, and in Son of Man to Men, he shares what he learned on his journey.
