Introduction
The purpose of this book is to let women of all ages know there is no situation in which you are stuck. God said in John 8:36, “So if the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed” (KJV). With this book, I hope that women will find a relationship with God because he can lead, guide, and direct them in the way they should go regarding their marriages and relationships. Often, decisions are hard to make because of religious beliefs, the time you’ve invested in a person, the children involved, and most of all, the love that you have for that person.
I share my life experiences to help women who are dealing with problems that may include adultery, infidelity, feeling stuck in a marriage due to religious beliefs, children born during the marriage, and mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical abuse. This book will also highlight how to keep your composure when confronted by the other woman, as well as forgiving all parties involved so that you can be free in your mind, heart, soul, and spirit.
We have all made decisions in our lives that we sometimes regret. Many of us have also sought advice from others by sharing our problems and seeking guidance for the best solutions. There may have also been times when we have shared information with people we shouldn’t have. As a result, we have ended up with more hurt than the problem itself caused us. This is because not everyone has your best interests at heart. This was when I decided that God was my true answer.
You will see how God helped me through the process of gaining my life back. He placed the right people in my life at the right time on my path. It was God’s strength that gave me a heart to forgive, despite the circumstances.
I had to learn when to speak up and when to hold on to my words when a response was not always necessary. I learned how to hold my peace and let the Lord fight my battles during all the hurt, pain, and betrayal, especially when other women had knowledge that my husband was already married, but they just did not care.
When you turn to God and truly seek him, he will give you your true answer. The Word of the Lord says in Proverbs 3:5–6, “Trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path” (KJV).

About the Book
After thirty years of being in an unhealthy relationship and marriage, Ruth Gold decided that she had had enough. She went through many years of ups and downs with her husband regarding hope, love, religious beliefs, and having children. Despite all the challenges she endured, she stayed in the marriage until she gained the strength to pick herself up and leave.
Ruth Gold hopes that by sharing her testimony, she will encourage women of all ages who are dealing with the same kinds of problems to be able to seek a relationship with God, who will lead and direct them in living a happier and healthier life.

settling for a relationship despite what you know or find out,
surviving adulterous affairs and children born from those affairs,
breaking the cycle of repeated affairs,
feeling as if you are trapped with no way out, and
most of all, establishing a relationship with God and following his voice instead of a man’s.
