About the Book
The purpose of this leadership book and study guide is to share my desire and passion to see the next youth of our generation strive as great leaders in an era of anger, rage, and disobedience. I see so many youths today that are so angry and upset about everything yet are not able to deal with their life’s circumstances. This book and guide will equip our youth in dealing with weights that once were too heavy to bear.
Here’s the challenge: stay afloat! The start of leadership ends with you. I pray that everyone is successful in their endeavors to become a great leader. However, use your leadership skills to lead all the way through from A to Z. Stay in the boat if you can’t float yet; there’s safety in the boat. Remember to cast all your weights (negativity) overboard to alleviate the load. Hopefully, “The Leaders’/Leadership Surveys” have helped you to identify your strengths and built up your self-esteem, confidence, and level of influence. Respect the process and listen to those who are authority figures in your life. Remember, stay the course. No matter how high you get, keep your feet anchored to the ground.
Smooth sailing!
