Then something bizarre started to happen. Many dogs began getting a disease they named “Mad-dog”. Their fur fell out and they became aggressive, unpredictable and started to bite. Others just lay around lethargic and “sick as dogs”! There were news reports that “Mad-dog” was spreading very quickly and dogs were dying.
It spread throughout the county, then the state, then the whole country! Soon it had spread throughout the entire world! All the dogs were dying. If something wasn’t done quickly there would be No More Dogs on planet earth!

About the Book
Charity wanted a dog more than anything, but her allergies made it impossible. Then Hope, the allergy-free canine, was heaven-sent right to her front door. Their inseparable friendship will inspire and delight you. But then, a strange disease threatens to kill all the dogs on earth. It is soon discovered that there is only one dog qualified to come to the rescue: it’s Hope. This allegory will point to the gospel of Jesus Christ, who is our only hope. Though written for grade-school level readers, it will speak to any age and may even prompt some lively discussions among adults.
About the Author
Carole is a dually certified special education and elementary education teacher who has taught Awana, Neighborhood Bible Club, and Sunday School for thirty years. She has a passion for teaching the gospel and making it better understood at both child and adult levels. Carole credits thirteen years of BSF (Bible Study Fellowship), where she served as a discussion leader and substitute teaching leader, for her passion for Truth.
