Because I couldn’t get into America legally, our relationship suffered. I went home to London numerous times via Canada. If I allowed the government to tell me when to get married I felt that Terry would have thought that I married him for this reason alone, and that was not the case. So I would try something else. While staying with my Scottish friends in Canada I remembered that they would often drive across the American border at Niagara Falls on a Sunday to go to the bars. The bars in Canada were closed on Sundays. What was I thinking, or was I thinking at all? If I do this I will not only be breaking the law of the land but I would also be breaking God’s law Romans 13:1-2. As I look back on this time in my life, I can see how I was headed on the broad road that leads to destruction. I had never heard of the narrow way because I had always lived life My Way. Matthew 7:13.
Read how this life wandered in the wilderness until in 1986 part of a twofold question brought me to my knees with pure repentance. This morning was just like any other morning. Driving to work on a busy Southern California freeway I turned on a radio station to hear a pastor from Riverside, California ask “Do you know Jesus?” I answered with an attitude, “Of course I know Jesus I am (my religion).” As the day progressed I felt as though I was being asked another question but I couldn’t answer in the affirmative. The question was “Do you know what Jesus said?” I did not know what Jesus said. My mind clung to that question. Then how could I know Him? But surely I know Him, what about all the times I asked Him for help? He usually answered. Well maybe not always. Maybe not when those people in my life died, He didn’t answer then. God’s Word is living and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword and it changes lives because Jesus is the Word in flesh John 1:1-14.

About the Book
A true story filled with the trials of a young life dealing with the reality of death. Born in London, England Carole grew up hearing nothing about the rich Christian heritage that preceded her in this area of South London. She being the youngest of seven children was three years old when her eldest sister took her to church. She heard that Jesus died on the cross for her sins and rose again. She believed and was very thankful to Jesus for doing that for her. However she never had a Bible so she grew up not knowing the Word of God. All she had was the prayers that she prayed to Jesus for her daddy. She knew that Jesus could hear her and she was never alone in her room He was always with her. He showed her two visions. Was Jesus telling her that she would be a part of these visions? All she knew was that Jesus was very real and the visions seemed so normal. But not having the Word of God and not knowing His promises, Carole began to drift, and when those people she loved died she became very angry and rebellious. Why did God take her daddy and all the others? Read how she stumbled through life looking for an identity until the Lord Jesus began to show her that her identity is in Him.
About the Author
Carole has been in the sales/recruitment business for the majority of her working life. She won many awards. Carole started a ministry/business in 2001 which the Lord miraculously created and continues to use today. For a number of years Carole was a speaker for an international Christian womens group where she had the privilege of giving her testimony to hundreds of women while giving the truth of the Gospel whereby the participants had the opportunity to ask Jesus to be Lord and Saviour of their lives. Carole and her husband are very involved in evangelism. They evangelize through two churches in Southern California and work with a pastor who has a ministry to Muslims. Carole and her husband have been an intregal part of the Lord’s work in Nigeria. Read how the Lord took them to Nigeria with the purpose of raising funds for building an orphanage. The orphanage opened in January 2016.
