This book of the life of the saints, written and illustrated by Maria Athanasiou, is a labor of love. It will help each of us keep the purpose of our life in mind. As a multitude of beautiful stars in the vast firmament of Heaven, each saint shines with their unique and awe-inspiring splendor. About the Author
Maria Athanasiou is a talented artist and iconographer of Byzantine icons. She was born in Greece and graduated from Veloudakis Institute in Athens. She lives in Northport, New York. Her love for God is the reason for her art and writing. Maria was blessed with three children and ten grandchildren.
