In the beginning, God created heaven and earth with love, in love, with an intention for it to be sustained by love. Love compelled our Heavenly Father to create man in His own image and to see that it was good. Man was put on this earth in order to manifest God’s love through the Holy Spirit. To know love is to know Him. Matthew 22:36-40 relates the story, “Master, which is the great commandment in the Law? Yeshua said unto him, ‘Thou shalt love the Lord God with all thy heart, and all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
