About the Book
This book is a life changing true story about my life, which happen almost two years ago. I came in contact with a demonic force and God himself saved my life. It inspired me to write this book on all the things Christians go through and overcome. The pain, suffering and joy that is experienced when we are serving God. These are life lessons that are learned in hard times. The book will not only inspire a Christian audience but others who like to read inspiring story’s. God’s eternal presence in which he dwells has many dimensions.
About the Author
Vernon M. Henderson is the founder of the Jericho Leadership Institute in 2008 and a member of Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries in Richmond, Virginia. It was not until October of 1989 when Brother Henderson rededicated his life back to Christ and started his journey with the Lord. Brother Henderson married his wife Geraldine W. Henderson in January of 1998. He has been happily married for twenty- one years. They have been together for 23 years total. They look forward to growing young in the Lord. He attended the Richmond Christian Center Bible Institute and School of Ministry in Richmond, Virginia, which he majored in Christian counseling. Brother Henderson currently works for Prince William County Detention Home as a Team Leader. While working midnights for Chesterfield County his dedication and determination to serve the Lord became fruitful. Brother Henderson attended Bowie State University. While at Bowie State University he played football. The football team went 9-1and were crowned Black Independent College Football Champions in 1975. Brother Henderson had a pick-6 for forty yards that year. Brother Henderson finished his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice at Bluefield College in 2006. He went on to finish his Master of Arts Degree in Christian Leadership Studies at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010. He continues to work in prison ministry since 1994 and serves to restore incarcerated offenders back to their communities.
