Woman, Would You Dare to Put Your Crown Back On?

Introduction

This truth, has showed me, how I lost my crown.

I would not be here if I did not know the pain people experience to do the lack of knowledge for what makes them angry, disoriented and without hope.

I am here to share my experience with mental illness.

Through my search and struggle, God has thought me, that mental illness comes from accumulated anger, lack of discipline and disorderly conduct.

He gave me a list of disciplines rules that promised preservation of life.

When I first came to that truth, I couldn’t quite understand, but I had nothing to lose, but put it in action the search.

I had tried to change the atmosphere of my life with phycologists, psychiatrists, with medicine, with religion, anger management, battered women groups, prayer groups, but nothing helped with the pain of abuse, or made a difference in my dysfunctional condition.

Finally, desperation took over, I stop complaining, gossiping or expecting help from what the outside world had to offer.

So, like a child, I was determined to put in action God’s discipline rules.

The action started. I put aside away the world and slowly I started the journey.

At first it was very humbling, I felt stupid, some days I called myself crazy, some days I would lose trust, but sense I had tried everything under the sun, I kept exercising those rules of discipline, like there was no other choice.

Going along with it daily, I was beginning to concur fear and to see that order was entering in my daily routine, and also learning that my tasks where not has heavy and to understand my pain and the pain of others, when they abuse themselves and others.

This was starting to be immensely rewarding, without being selfish I was gaining control of my life and being firm to my convictions.

If our daily routine determines our future, day by day, with pain or no pain, I was determined to work for a better future.

I was learning to believe that peace can be part of one’s mind and heart, by having the courage to face our needs with true love for ourselves and others.

This is the only way that has helped me, to stop fighting against myself and others in order to gain honor, respect and love.

Keeping priorities straight and working our daily routines, makes life easier for ourselves and others, and to achieve healing and hope.

If women commit to work together in harmony and care, they would find the courage and the power to destroy any ill conditions that are trying to destroy their value and purpose.
