About the Book

We are given eighteen years to shape the lives of those who will follow in our footsteps. Not a minute can be wasted, and not an opportunity can be lost. For just this reason, the daunting task of raising children can be frightening and intimidating not just for soon-to-be parents, but also for parents in all seasons of child-rearing.

Throughout his global travels as a pastor ministering to youth, Chuck Schumacher has discovered common fundamental truths concerning parent-child relational development that, if applied, can lead to solid family relationships that last a lifetime. While emphasizing the importance of shared family values, Pastor Chuck blends real-life stories with practical tools and biblical principles to help parents successfully navigate through the various stages of raising children, manage their emotions and reactions related to parenting challenges, and ultimately build healthy relationships from a foundation of integrity modeled after living and loving like Jesus. Included is a study guide with reflective questions.

Legacy is a volume of simple truths, practical tools, and biblical principles that guides parents through the child-rearing process while sharing an important message of faith, unconditional love, and hope.
