Together Again
I arrived at Betty's home on Sunday, September 5, 1943.
Betty opened the door and there in front of me was "That Face!" She had become so beautiful that I was speechless for a few seconds.
We both knew in that instant that we were deeply in love with each other.
I held her closely to me and said softly, "Thank You, Lord Jesus!!!"
Then we kissed each other as two in love kiss! Unbelievable Joy!
I then spoke to her and said, "I am hopelessly and totally in love with you. And I have been since I first saw you at Annapolis High School two years ago."
