About the Book
AND THE LORD GOD PLANTED A GARDEN IN EDEN, AND HE PUT THE MAN HE HAD FORMED, AND OUT OF THE GROUND MADE THE LORD GOD TO GROW EVERY TREE THAT IS PLEASANT TO THE SIGHT, AND GOOD FOR FOOD; THE TREE OF LIFE ALSO IN THE MIDST OF THE GARDEN, AND THE TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL. AND THE LORD GOD TOOK THE MAN, AND PUT HIM INTO THE GARDEN OF EDEN TO DRESS AND TO KEEP IT. AND THE LORD GOD COMMANDED THE MAN SAYING, OF EVERY TREE OF THE GARDEN THOU MAYEST EAT FREELY: BUT OF THE TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL THOU SHALT NOT EAT OF IT: FOR IN THE DAY THAT THOU EATEST OF IT THOU SHALT SURELY DIE. Genesis, Chapter 2. The Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden was a representation of JESUS CHRIST. Jesus is the TRUTH, the LIFE, and the WAY.
The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil was a representation of the LAW OF SIN AND DEATH. When sin is conceived it BRINGS FORTH DEATH.
These two Trees remain the focal point of all conflict between GOOD AND EVIL and LIFE AND DEATH in this World.
