About the Book
Since childhood, Hannah Oswine loved to sing, dance, write songs and poems, play piano, and collect music. She dreamed of sharing her interests professionally. But at age nineteen, part of her soul was silenced. In Poetically, Therapeutically, Spiritually, Dancing Your Way Out of Despair, she tells an intimate and revealing story of how a frightening and traumatic experience, coupled with many other painful tragedies, sent her into deep despair.
Oswine candidly tells how her life was transformed by turning negative experiences into positive outcomes through her genuine way of living. This spirituality book took root from more than thirty years of journal entries where she worked through her battle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) caused by multiple traumas in her young life. She established strength through writing inspirational poetry, spending therapeutic time in nature, practicing her spiritual beliefs, and expressing her emotions through dance.
Through her personal journey of healing and restoration chronicled in Poetically, Therapeutically, Spiritually, Dancing Your Way Out of Despair, Oswine seeks to uplift and encourage others who might be trapped in similar battles. She hopes you find the peace and tranquility you’ve been seeking.
