About the Book

A battle can be won or lost with one decision. Victory or defeat is often a matter of inches. To win, you have to be in the battle, not watching from the hilltop. Just ask David as he watched Goliath mock and threaten God’s army.

The enemy has been mocking and threatening God’s army, the church, ever since. The question is, is God’s army, specifically in America, deciding to leave the battle for a more comfortable, “safer” faith? I Prefer the Window Seat seeks to give answers to that question and to challenge the American church to stop watching from the hilltop and to get down into the valley of the battle. “Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.” – Matthew 9:38.

About the Author

Tony brings a no-nonsense voice to this subject that is a result of, not only over a decade of youth and missions ministry, but before that, over a decade of doing “church”, but not really living the Gospel. Tony’s desire to see a resurgence in the American church in taking the Gospel to the nations has been fueled by those he has had the privilege to serve both as a Missions Team leader throughout the Caribbean and as the Youth Pastor to The FrAMILY at Beech Grove Baptist Church in Trafalgar, Indiana.

Tony and his family live in Bargersville, Indiana where he was born and raised. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Birdie, for 23 years and has two great kids, Gabriella (Gabby) and Dominick, both attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Tony’s challenge to you, the reader, is the same one God challenges him with every day, “Make a choice, the window or the aisle.”
