Introduction: Here I struggle for words that can express the enormity of the truth revealed. For herein I see God’s plan for the ages revealed. This chapter clarifies in succinct words, truth that is seen or only indicated in other books and passages of the Bible. The proposition for this enormous change in God’s revealed purpose is found in Heb.7:11-12.
“If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.” KJV
