About the Book

This book is the first in a series centered around sharing the freedom we can find in God’s Word accompanied with photography of the breathtaking light our innocent Lamb constantly reveals to us. The Scriptures in this book focus on the forgiveness we are offered by our gracious and loving God. God teaches us that he provides for everything He calls us to do. In the book of Genesis, we learn how God provided a ram to sacrifice in place of Isaac, Abraham’s beloved son. Abraham showed his obedience to God through proving that he would follow the commands given to him from God. Abraham knew that God’s plan was perfect, regardless of the difficulty he faced in that trial. This is just one example of the many provisions God will continue to supply in our lives if we choose to be obedient in following Him. He will produce everything we need to fulfill the tasks He has asked us to complete. "Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, ‘I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life’ " John 8:12 NLT. May God abundantly shine His forgiving light into your life!

About the Author

The true author of this book series is our Heavenly Father, the one and only Almighty God. He graces our lives with His Word and the beauty of the world that He has created for all of us to enjoy. The human author of this book series was unaware of God’s intended result when she was first drawn to capturing photographs of the sun. She is a single mother of an amazing autistic son who has always shared the love of God and gives the absolute best bear hugs ever! Prior to the pandemic of 2020, which impacted the entire world, the author worked for three companies. Her primary career was as a clinical coordinator for a corporate dental office. She taught for the other two employers, specializing in training new dental assistants, and expanded clinical functions for existing dental assistants. She rarely had the opportunity to get out and see the beauty within the nature surrounding us. The effects of the pandemic left the author unemployed and in search of her next journey. The author attempted to face her moments of doubt, fear, and worry alone. It seemed that the world was directing her toward a life of solitary struggles. She had forgotten that God works in wonderfully mysterious ways, and He completes impossible tasks every minute of each day. The author’s search for the next adventure led her to the breathtaking scenery that God has laid out for us and before she knew it, she had acquired over a thousand photographs which included the warming light of the sun. Initially, she thought these were just personal reminders from God that she was not alone in the darkness, the unknown, and the seemingly impossible challenges she had been faced with. She was greatly blessed when her father answered a calling from God to observe the Sabbath day and to invite his family to freely join him during that journey. Their first observation of Sabbath together revealed many areas the author still had room to grow, submit, and trust in God. That was an integral turning point in the author’s life. She was finally ready to let God back in completely; she decided to let go and give Him control over her life. She returned home after being away for the holiday season with a desire to begin compiling this book series. Connecting the photographs, which she had previously obtained, with uplifting scriptures that God brought back into her life was her primary focus. This combination can remind us of the path we should follow and the amazing promises we have from God. Her journey has been full of blessings, trials, and revelations which have challenged the author’s faith and driven her deeper into the forgiving hands of God. The powerful grace and unending mercy of God came together to conquer the obstacles this author was faced with. She is entirely grateful that God has shown up in every aspect of her life and continues to guide her path. There is nothing our God cannot provide for us! These photographs were captured during multiple family gatherings, refreshing solo excursions, and healing walks amidst the regenerating nature we have been blessed with. The author is honored to be used by God to share His Holy Word alongside these photographs she captured during her spiritual journey. She is still learning to fully submit to God and hopes to bring the Light of the Lamb to every life this book series reaches.
