LOVESTRUCK!
I lay on my bed as the orchestra of Heaven plays, and the angels strum their golden harps. Suddenly, I am taken up in a vision of my Beloved.
You say, “Come closer. Come higher!” So, I ascend to gaze upon your loveliness---the beauty of your face.
You say, “Come near, My fair one. I have mysteries to unfold. Expectantly, I humble myself on bended knee, as I reflect upon your lovingkindness, ever transfixed on your glory and majesty.
The King is my Beloved! I am lovestruck beyond words, as His great splendor and countenance transform me. Yes, the King is my Beloved, none can compare!
Song of Solomon 5:2 I sleep, but my heart is awake; it is the voice of my beloved! He knocks saying, “Open for me…”

About the Book
Captivated is a collection of prophetic poems and illustrations from the Lord. To captivate means to capture the attention of, as by beauty, excellence, etc.; to fascinate. The Greek word poiema which means something created, such as artwork or poetry, is where we get the word poem. Ephesians 2:10 states that we are God’s workmanship, masterpiece or creation, and as a new creation in Christ He desires to express His attributes through us like beautiful poetry.
About the Author
Tammy Hendrix has served in various levels of leadership within Aglow International over approximately thirty years, in local., state and regional positions including prison ministry. Her desire is to serve the Lord in whatever capacity He calls her into, but has a strong desire for prayer ministry, and a heart of love for the people and the land of Israel. She has been on four trips to Israel from 2000-2018, as well as a Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic. For the past twenty three years Tammy has been involved in a weekly prayer group in Alabama where she and her husband, Darrell, reside. In 2014 the author wrote a devotional book called, “I Choose To Rejoice!” Her most recent project is “Captivated!” which is a collection of prophetic poems and illustrations. And, she was honored to have prophetic Words of the Lord published on The Elijah List. A passion she has is to read of the moves of God from past church history, believing that a great end time revival is on the horizon. The best is yet to come!
