So, there we were. Six years after the wedding and no children. For three years we had heard that inquiring question about a baby. I can’t give up.” After all, the Lord had assured me of being a family man many years before, or I would have remained a eunuch for the Gospel’s sake. That is why I trusted the Lord to find me a wife, and now that we had been married there should be children; at least a child – just one. Therefore, there must be something in the Bible for people like me.
