It's All Mine...Because God Said So

Have you ever looked around at your life or the life of someone else close to you and wonder why they keep losing things or why things are not going right no matter how hard you try? Working hard and still not able to make ends meet or get ahead? Experiencing relationship after relationship failures? Multiple miscarriages or death of children all passing away in a similar way to someone else close to you? I can ask many more questions, but I will stop at those for now. If these things are happening to you, you may be under what the bible speaks of which is a curse. A curse takes place when someone speaks or does something supernaturally evil to get the desired outcome that they want. The words we speak can bring life or death, blessings and curses (Proverbs 18:21) on ourselves and others. When a person speaks evil over others and wish them ill or even try to control or manipulate them, this is definitely not the work of God but of Satan himself. Just as well as God uses Christians (his people) to carry out his plan to lead others to Christ, the devil also has people that he works through to carry out his plan for evil to stop them from getting there. Satan knows that in Christ, there are promises of healing, prosperity, love, peace, joy, unity, and kindness to name a few. It is no secret that not everyone is happy for you when you succeed or find the perfect mate that God has for you. Satan hates unity because it brings God joy to see his people united in peace. Nothing disturbs a person motivated by evil and jealousy more than seeing someone else with something they want and have not yet been able to achieve.
