About the Author
About the Author: Dawn Renee Young holds an ED.S degree in Education. Her first career was spent as an elementary teacher, principal, TEAM Evaluator, and reading specialist. She has worked with children ages Pre-k-12th grade in schools and church. Currently, she is a full-time children’s author. Her debut picture book was The ABCs of Making Good Choices. She has written seven books in the Mrs. Good Choice Series. 2023 has been an exciting year. She will have three picture books enter the world: TAP-TAP-TAP published by Solander Press, LITTLE CUB’S BIG LIST, Fub with Sight Words published by Solander Press, THE ABCs OF GOD’S LOVE published by Tomas Nelson Christian She loves making school visits and attending other child focused events. She has always loved children, books, and capturing sweet photos of her famiy, friends, and special occasions. She lives with her husband of 37 years just outside of Nashville. Elizabeth is the mother of three grown daughters and now a grandmother to her 5 beautiful grandchildren. She counts her family as her biggest blessing.
