The Chapter of, "The Children of Jezebel: An Ungrateful Generation", is so apropos for todays lost generation of youth. It focuses on parental responsibility as parents, and the child's lack of respect for parents and authorities. Since disciplinary action has been taken out of the hands of the parent; and because many parents fear their child; and the law enforcement agencies (child brutality charges). The 'rod' has been eliminated in the home, and the children follow the morality of the world. The results is that we have birthed a lost generation of 'ungrateful children'. My God, "How Did We Come To This?"

About the Book
This book is primarily written for maturing Bible students so that they might recognize the characteristics and shortcomings of many of our Christian Churches today. They may also observe that the same failures of the seven churches in the Book of Revelation, Chapters 2 and 3, are evident today in many churches. This book is a culmination of 30 years as a Bible teacher, a degree in Biblical Theology, and insatiable appetite for the Word of God; and perhaps a desire to address my own shortcomings in the winter of my life.
The context of this book is, how have many Christian Churches come to be so distant from what our Lord and Savior mandated for them to become? The seven churches in the Book of Revelation are exemplary of the seven deadly sins of pride, envy, wrath, slothfulness, lechery, avarice, and greed. I pray that this book will be received as corrective criticism that can be utilized in constructive applications by those who read it. There are seven chapters of corrective criticism; but the highlight of the book is Chapter 8!!!
